Tier 1 - Translation of documents

Post by HSMPChile » Thu Jul 03, 2008 8:04 pm

Hi all,

I was wondering what the requirements are regarding the translation of documents (degree certificate/ payslips etc.) under Tier 1. The HSMP guidelines made it explicit that all must be translated into english but i'm unable to find any similar guidlines under Tier 1.

Is anybody aware of whether or not translation is required under the new system (now that applications are dealt with in the applicants home nation as opposed to England)?

Hope someone can help :)
