I believe that there is something wrong with my application ... I have got 45 points SOC2124. My employer told me that they applied on April 5 and the RCOS was not granted in April nor May ...

They also said they are still awaiting the CoS annual renewal and this may affect the new RCoS application. Does anyone know if the annual renewal of CoS can affect the allocation of RCoS?

Thank you.

Hello CR001,
what did you mean by "May applicant waiting for RCoS? Do you think May allocation is still opened? HO didn't update the "Guidance: Allocations of restricted certificates of sponsorship" for April nor May, the last update was March.
In case which application was before 5 May, for example, and the RCoS wasn't granted in May allocation, does the company have to apply again before 5 June to be considered in June allocation or the previously application is still valid for June allocation? Thanks

Ok, I get it!

Regarding the second question: are applications not granted still opened to the next month allocation or they are refused and employer should apply again?

I think get it! If I understood well, if no refusal nor approval the employer doesn't have to apply again. Thanks.

Regarding the kgade post, you locked his topic and put May allocation weblink, but he asked about June allocation once he wrote: "My employer applied for a Tier 2 COS on May 7th or 8th and i am still waiting"

Hi, my employer applied for RCOS on 4th June 2019. They requested for certain additional documents on 7th June and the same was provided the day after 8th June 2019. They have requested for similar and standard documents in their letter dated 07th June from us though we have already submitted all the documents they have requested for. Then my solicitor opined it's quite usual to ask such documents and it happens in lot of cases.

My cos is not assigned yet. Pls let me know how to proceed further ? Is this delay a negative hint ? Or how does it work ?

ok, I know that sometimes it takes a while, but is that even when you have more points than someone else? I have seen people with 34 points who had the rcos granted, but I got more than 34 points and I didn't have it granted.

Thanks. I am new to this forum and interface...and was wondering if there is a search field or bar where I could search for the July 2019 RCOS discussions (assuming the discussion link was opened yesterday). :)
