When sending antier 1 application with dependant born in UK do you fill in a dependent form or just write the detais in main applicant's form :?:

AFAIK, a dependent application is to be submitted by anyone who doesn't have a settled status or indefinite leave to remain, or is not a UK citizen (or is not a EU citizen too, not sure).

you would need to fill up the dependent section/form if the person born is UK is not a UK national. doesnt matter if one is born in uk or not at the time of thier birth either one of the parents should be british.
