My friend spouse, has not left country.
My friend is not divorced.

Like normally when you submit all the documents and and your visa is going to expire in that case they send you temp stamp. I had the same in mind, it will be rejected as they are not divorced (there is no reply yet).
He is out of work now, as he wasnt able to provide an updated stamp to employer.
He cannot apply divorce because they are not separated for 4/5 years.
