Sandy,

I got job in last week.

I think Spring, hibernate, Agile, SOA is in demand here...If you don't have experience then at least try to gain knowledge in these technlogies.

Also, I believe you must have already read tips/suggestions from fellow members. They are pretty useful.

Hopefully, something would materialize soon for you! :-)
