Tier 2 Visa

Good Afternoon

I am on a Tier 2 Visa, working full time. I'm considering starting a side project using social media channels with the aim to moving to selling products.

This would obviously lead to me having to set up a business, which I know is not permitted in the UK under the visa conditions.

Though could I theoretically register the business in my own country (Australia) but operate it here in the UK to get around this visa condition.

Not after setting up a business advice and how all that would work. Just want to know could I work for my company based overseas, while working here in my sponsored role, without breaching the conditions of my visa.
