Entry on new Tier 2 visa

Dear friends, I have been granted a new Tier 2 visa for my NHS GP training due to start on 7th August 2019. My last working day at my current NHS job is the 26th July 2019. I am thinking of travelling to Pakistan on 18th July to Pakistan to collect my family and return to the UK on 21st July.
I have already returned my current job's biometric card to the Home Office. I only have my new biometric card for my NHS training due to start on 7th August 2019.
My question is: Would I be able to reenter UK on the 21st July 2019 based on my new biometric card's employment that officially starts on 7th August 2019?
