Urgent Tier 2 dependent visa querry

Hi,
I am working in Uk on tier 2 visa since 2017, I applied for dependent visa for my wife today but made a mistake in the visa application which I only realized after paying the visa and health surcharge fees.

My wife was in Uk last year for an exam for 2 weeks and while applying for her visa I accidentally clicked on yes to police clearance certificate from uk while she does not need a police clearance from Uk. I have cancelled her visa application and have applied for a refund but want to know that when can I reapply for her visa as the refund process takes upto 4 weeks so shall I wait till then or can I apply for the visa again. I cancelled her application before applying for biometrics.
