Dependent Visa Maintainance Funds

Hi,
When applying for dependent visa we need to show maintainance funds.
Their 4th option is
Letter from a financial institution regulated by the Financial Services Authority confirming funds
Can we get letter from CA for the same? Or it needs to be from any bank itself?
If i am showing funds from 2 different banks can i get letter from only one bank and submitt my application?
