Tier 1 (General) Query

Hi,

I wish to apply for Tier 1 (General) Migrant soon.

While filling the VAF9, I come across a field 1.1 stating 'Which Appendix did you complete?'

What should I fill in against the 'Number' and 'Title' boxes?

I guess, it should be Number = '1' and Title = 'TIER 1 (GENERAL) MIGRANT SELF- ASSESSMENT '

Am I right?
