Dont attach job contract and P60 and sponsor's birth certificate. Also if tenancy agreement is not joint then attach landlord/estate agent NOC letter.

every 4 month?
council tax and water bill issued one a year.

is that means my wife has to back home now because we have no monthly bills?

If you still wish then can send P60 which is totally optional. But p60 doesnt shows the clear picture of income required for visa purposes and even can confuses to caseworker.

Yes council tax is once a years , water bills can be every 3 months or once a year it depends on your account sittings.

Contract and payslips are a prove of the money that is coming into your bank account to meet the financial requirements.

Any other document/letter addressed jointly/individually can be used to meet the cohabitation requirement.

super priority service - No Respond Yet

Post by samrn1 » Wed Jul 17, 2019 10:49 pm

Hi

We did submit the application FLR(M) on Friday and paid for super priority service.

Had appoinment for BRP on Monday 11 AM.

I have been told in BRP centre that we should expect get the decision in 24 hours after BRP.

almost 3 days and still have no respond from home office about the result.

Anyone had same experience about delay with super priority service

Thanks

Have you had a response yet? We literally submitted my application yesterday to extend my leave to remain. We paid the extra for Super Priority as I am due to start a new job on the 12/8 and they needed to see my new BRP on that date.

I’m a bit annoyed because both our lawyer and the home office failed to disclose prior to paying the £800 that the appointment was a month away, but then magically another appointment was available at a cost of £100, but still not for two weeks.

Please keep us up to date. I hope it comes soon for you.

I made an application for FLR M on Monday 15/07/19 for my wife visa application. Received a decision email after six hours attending the appointment and received BRP today Thursday 18/07/19. It was a super priority application.

May I know how long you had to wait for the next available appointment? and which center was it? I need to submit a new application and would like to know if i can get an appointment by next week in London. Called UKVCAS and £14.75 gone but no one was available to pick up the call :?
I need to travel mid August and if need be, I can travel up to Manchester for my appointment.
