Furher Leave to Remain

Post by Jhelumi » Mon Jul 22, 2019 1:04 pm

Hello,

My Mrs has arrived in the UK on a 33 month Entry Clearance (Leave to Remain) visa.

I am aware, the second part of this visa is called Further Leave to Remain (FLR). However, there are then also FLR-M, FLR-FP, etc. Which FLR is it that I need to prepare for please?

In ancticpation of the next stage, so far I have done the follwoing:

Electoral Registration
Applied / Interviewed for National Insurance Number
Applied for a Provisional Driving License
Applied to be registered at the local health centre
Joint names added to utlity bills (Gas/Electric, Water, Telephone, Council Tax and Home Insurance)
Join Bank Account and Building Society Account opened

I've also learnt on this forum that 6 statements in joint names from 3 differrent sources covering the 2 year period prior to FLR application is required which I am preparing for as listed above.

Also require the A2 Level English Language cetrificate.

Is there anything else I need to prepare for?

The cost of the iinitial visa came to around £3,050. What are the fees for FLR?

Any help, suggestions would be most appreciated

Thanks
