I CAN ANSWER ONE OF YOUR QUESTION AS I AM A DOCTOR,
CURRENTLY THE SITUATION IS NOT GOOD FOR DOCTORS,IF YOU ARE READY TO WAIT AND SPEND MONEY TILL YOUR HUSBAND GETS A JOB THEN IT IS WELL AND GOOG.DO PLAN WELL AND DECIDE

for your husband to work as a doctor, he will have to pass the ielts and both plab exams first, this could take a year or more to do, and is expensive., as the exams are only every 3 months, and can only be taken in london in the uk.

i dont think he can apply for a job which is a training position
and i'm sure even for a job as a sho he will only get that job if there are no british or european applicants,

so yes IMG are having a difficlut time..
