Hi All,

I came across this Link and would like to share with everyone. Home office have published some policy document for JR review implementations and they will publish the forms for extension of HSMP pre Nov 2006

Thank you very much for the link http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=25419, The link talk about JR being successfull but i was not able to find any document from Home office detaling what they are planning and how they will implement it.

The HO should be posting the amended forms this week for those affected by the decision.

I'm planning to apply for extension in the next week but have until Aug 29 to do so.

I'm waiting on the updated form and guidance notes. Technically, I qualify for renewing under Tier 1 General (80 points etc) but as I'm self employed, I'm hoping the evidentiary requirements for HSMP renewal will be less burdensome and less fraught with risk if I accidentally make a single mistake with dates or amounts etc.
