Tier2 to ILR.

hi everyone,

i obtained my Tier2 to ILR in oct 2017. and after ILR i started working reduced hours and different position.
because i wanted to start my own business . but even after 2 year i am still in same company part time hours with different roles from my tier 2. now home office visiting our company again because we have another Sponsor migrant . my question is home office has any concern or i have to give any reason why i dont want to work full time..? is they can effect me anyway ..? just worried because my HR says home office might interview me as well. please anyone has experienced this situation.

Unlikely as you hold ILR and are no longer dependent on your sponsor for your visa.
