Proof for owning a property for FLR(M)

Hi,

I am submitting my wife's spouse visa extension shortly. I own a house with mortgage. What documents do i need to submit regarding that? I have a "Title Land Registry" online generated document which was provided to me at the time of purchase (dated March 2017). Will this work or do i need another one which has a "latest" date?

Also, is there anything else that is mandatory in this category (like house inspection report done by an official or a Mortgage account statement covering x years)?
