Company CAR BIK value

Hi

I am tier 2 currently with SOC 2129 . I have company car and pay tax on it and BIK value equates 7k and i have different tax code on salary slip. Can someone please guide me what documentary evidence should be submitted with extension application to claim this as salary point.
