CHild born outside UK - Parents ILR

Hi,

I and Wife got Jersey(Channel Island) ILR in 2018, due to work Transfer I moved to London in July 2019,

My son born in India (March 2019) Now I have to bring my family back to the UK,

I am in bit confusion, do I need to apply Dependent or ILR for my Son.

As both parents have ILR, the child should get ILE at the time of application.

Find out if you can apply to settle in the UK

Thank you for your Reply, Sorry for the late response.

The link you provided is taking me to https://www.gov.uk/uk-family-visa/child ( Visa Fee is different from your link and apply as a Child )

Apply as a child, Could you please confirm which Appendix 1 or Appendix 2,

Please need a suggestion

Appendix 1. Visa fee is £1523 and you might have to pay £1200 IHS fee.

CR001,

Thank you for all your help so far, During the online application IHS Fee didnt ask for payment (it shows 0) and only gave the reference number. I also didnt see other option to make the payment.
