Indefinite leave to remain

Hi there,

I'm looking for some advice please
I came to the UK in 2003 through Ireland but got my first UK student visa in 2004 till Jan 2007. Then in 2007 got married with student as well not in the UK but i came back in December last year after spending 2 months abroad. Is there any possibilities to apply for Indefinite Leave to remain in the future some time. We are both non-eu nationals.

10 years legal stay but that might be gone by then.

Any feedback would be easier to provide if you give a detailed description of visas held and dates of validity.
From the info you provided it seems you don't have any claim at ILR; students can only apply for ILR after 10 years legal stay (for now, this may disapear, you never know what would happen in 10 years).
