Tier-1 General Visa (Places to Work)

Hi,

May be it's a very silly question but still I am asking it.

With Tier-1 General Visa, can we work in Channel Islands places like Isle of Man ?
I tried some searching on internet & found the following places covered in UK :-

Tier1 applies to all the islands/places which are part of UK
