Hi

I have applied for my ILR on 4th of May 2019.
I have included all required documents which are mentioned in your locked post.
except following
From 29th March 2019 two additional things are needed:
1) Director job/role description
2) Employee job role description

In policy guidance this document is mentioned only under extension application required docs
My question is shall I send the above document as additional document or wait for them to ask for this document.
As per time line shows CW worker will probably check my file in coming week.
Please advice

Thanks and regards

Read Zimba’s comment in the above thread.

Although, it seems confusing to some that it only comes under the extension documents, moderators have advised that these changes are valid for settlement applications also on/after 29th March 2019.

If I was you, I would not risk it when it is only 1 page and some basic info. Its up to the CW discretion if he asks for any missed additional documents or makes a decision as per documents at hand.

Also, I hope you get your ILR soon but the current timeline as per the forum feedback shows around 6 months in 8/10 cases.
