Maintainance Fund: How the 3 months transaction should be?

Hi all, this forum is really helpful... i have one question about maintainance fund... am planing to submit my 3 months bank statements and letter from the bank... when i read guidance for tier 1 it says there should be "regular transaction", so i am confused how the transactions should exactly be like "I have to withdraw money at some regular time and also put some money at regular times?"

Ignore this text!. You just need to maintain consistently GBP 2800 in your account for 90 days, no day your balance should fall below this limit.
