want separation from my husband

I am living in Ireland with my husband more than 8 years and recently applied for Irish passport. Me and my husband both are from Bangladesh. We have 2 children. My 2nd child is an Irish citizen by birth. and my husband also got Irish passport last year. I have got stamp 4 but do not get my Irish passport yet. I do not have any job here. Fully dependent on my husband financially. Now I want a divorce/ separation from my husband and also want to take my 2 children with me. (aged 9 and 3 years). But I am very much afraid as I Do not have any job so how can I manage to take care of myself and my children? My husband is very much abusive and torture me mentally and sometimes physically which is very much difficult for me to bear. Please help me with it. Shall I get any government support if I leave the house with my children?
