Help with application filling "When did you first arrive in the UK?"

Hi,

I have recently joined the forum and very informative and going through a lot of threads to gather as much info before starting this one. Please help.

Background:
I first entered the UK on dependent visa (Spouse visa- ICT Tier2, she was already here since Feb'2010) in Mar'2012 and left in Jun'2012, just 2.5 months. We both entered again on 24-Nov-13 from long-term living perspective and got our ILR on 14-Nov-2018. We will be applying for naturalisation in couple of months.

My Timelines:
First entered - 22-03-2012 left 05-06-2012
again entered, 24-11-2013

Spouse Timelines
First entered - 28-02-2010 left 25-07-2012
again entered, 24-11-2013

ILR Date (both), 14-11-2018
So, 5 yrs + 1 yr (ILR)
Queries:

a. Can we submit AN application on 15-11-2018 or shall we wait till 24-11-2019?
b. What should be my reply to 'When did you first arrive in the UK?' considering above background? Mar'12 or Nov'13 and for my spouse Feb'10 or Nov'13?
b. On 'Immigration details' - do I need to mention all the old dependent visas or just my Settlement/ILR? - 2011(Vignette-India)/2012(Vignette-India)/2014 (BRP-London)/2016(BRP-London)?

A. 12 months from ILR approval.. 14.11.19
B. Doesn’t matter. Either first entry or last entry.
State all immigration visa applications to date.. leaving out tourist visas if any..
