tier 2 depedent visa new born

my name is jo i am on tier 2 depedent visa i have a new born .i have to renew my visa on april 2021 so can my baby stay with us up to that date without a visa?

Yes as long as the baby does not have to leave and re-enter UK. The trouble is IHS fee which might become an issue if NHS starts enforcing it. You can however buy private health insurance for your baby to cover the period ( its not necessary)
