Tier 2 General to ILR - When can I apply

Hi All,

I have a question on when do I qualify to apply for ILR.

I am in the UK on a tier 2 general visa.

My entry clearance date on Visa is of 28th August 2014 and I came to the UK on the 28th October 2014. Since then I have not been out of the UK for more than 60 days in each calendar year. Question is when do I qualify for ILR - 28th August 2019 or 28th October 2019?

Any help/advise will be much appreciated.

You can apply and pay online 28 days before your visa issue date, i.e. 28th August 2019.
