Amendment made to an Approved English Test on 09-09-2019

Hi Guys,

Can anybody please explain what changes are exactly made to the approved English Test provider list in the subject amendments? I have already passed normal IELTS, but my entry clerance was refused as I was supposed to provide them IELTS for UKVI instead of normal IELTS. I am planning to appear in IELTS for UKVI in coming days.
Please let me know if any changes are made in the immigration rule in this regard.
