RLMT threshold

Post by xcrogers » Tue Sep 10, 2019 7:45 pm

I hold a Tier 2 General Visa, wife holds corresponding dependent visa. She formerly (over 18 months since leaving job) held a Tier 2 ICT visa. Current salary (at new employer) before taxes is approximately £150k. Is/would she be subject to RLMT if her office wanted to provide her with her own Tier 2 visa?

Perhaps this falls under an unrestricted CoS given salary. Not quite sure...

Thank you

The salary threshold is £159,600pa

She would still have to apply from home country.
