Pro rata salary for renewal

Hi,

For job code 2129, the experienced rate is based on ASHE 39 hours per week. Company works 37 hours pw.
If offered £32000 for a T2 CoS renewal, is this is ok as UKVi will pro-rata this based on 39 hours? This will make equivalent salary £33730 which is over £33500 threshold for 39 hours?

Please advise.
