Fee if transferring visa stamp to new passport?

About a year and a half ago, my wife and I got stamp 4 for three years after our daughter was born (Zambrano). We each paid €300. Her stamp is good for three years, but mine was only valid until my passport expired (next month).

I've gotten a new passport, does anyone know if they will charge me €300 again just to transfer the stamp to it?

Stamps are not visas. There used to be a requirement of having re-entry visas. It will cost you the same money to have the visa on a new passport.
Stamps on the other hand are solely determined by immigration officers. They can charge you 300 Euro but some may waive your fee
