Delay in Tier 2 general Visa application

Me and my wife applied for tier 2 and tier 5 VISAs respectively on 12th of August 2019. We completed our biometrics and document verification on 19th of August. We received an email from decision making authority asking for TB certificate which unfortunately we had not uploaded while online applications on 4th of September which we emailed them the same day. However, our duration of 15 working days is over and still there is no response from the UKVI. When should we expect their reply?
