Anyone experienced Delay in receiving passports back?

I Received my BRP card from the implementation team on the 26th Aug, I have also recieved all supporting documentation, But up until now no decision letter or Passport received back. it has been well over 10 working days, Just wondering if anyone else who recently got their BRP back is experiencing the same issues or has in the past.
