Dear Friends,
My wife got ILR on basis of 5 years spouse visa in February 2019.
I am a british Cizten since 2014, she is now applying for naturalisation based on living with British spouse for 3 years, as she dont need to wait for 12 months after ILR.
I am not sure on few supporting documents they asked to provide along with the application,
Could you please check and clarify me what they mean specifically on: C,E,G,H
A) Passports: we are providing current and previous passports
B) LIUK : we are providing Life in the UK Test pass notification letter
C) Proof of living in the UK ?? What does this mean
-- Should we provide all bills/letters again for the past 3 years?
-- Her passports and previous BRP cards containing visa stamps are sufficient? may be along with letters from HomeOffice?
D) Marriage certificate
E) Proof of freedom from immigration time restrictions ???
-- does this mean her ILR BRP card?
F) The degree certificate to prove the level of English language required
G) Two referee declarations ??
-- 1st referee: Friend, British Citizen
-- 2nd referee: Registered Nurse, British Citizen
Are these references are fine?
H) Evidence of identity ??
-- Guess her passport?
I) NARIC letter that confirms the qualification meets
J) One proof of Spouse British citizenship
K) Applicants current Biometric Residence Permit
Thanks a lot for your help in advance.
