Applied Tier 2 Visa again after refusal due to NARIC letter

Hi All,
My visa got refused in July for not submitting NARIC letter. Points i got in first time visa application—>
Cos - 30 / Salary - 20 / Maintenance of Funds - 10 / English Language - 10

My employer again submitted rcos in Sep and after passing RLMT test cos got allocated to me on 20 Sep.
This time i have submitted NARIC letters ( AQUALS & ELPS ) to prove my English level at C1.

Also i submitted IELTS UKVI General test with band score of 7 and CEFR level at C1.

Even after doing all of this I am still looking for advise to know if I am missing anything or if my application would be refused for any other silly reasons.

What are the chances of my visa application this time.
Please advise asap.
