INFORMATION ON LEGACY CASE

Please help me I separated from my husband who has indefinate leave to remain we have a 3yr old son I CLAIMED ASSYLUM IN 2004 WAS REFUSED . A lot of people in similar case like mine recieved legacy case forms I didnt recieve any please help me with any kind of advise on what to do now.

hi
does your child have a british passport? phone the legacy team on this number and ask them if your case is a legacy case. when you get the address of your team just write them thru yo lawyer or MP giving them an update of yourself. lm not an expert on this but l think this will help.
