Director but in permenant employment

Post by SGS » Thu Oct 10, 2019 6:28 am

Hi,

I am going to apply for FLR M and my husband is sponsor.

He is currently in permanent employment for more than 7 months and he is earnings well over than £ 18,500 but prior to this he was a limited company contractor and he still a director of a company.

In application form there is a question ' are you a director of a company in UK' he needs to say 'Yes'. We are going on permenant employment route as he is having 6+ payslips. My question is do we still need to include company related documents like CT100, self assessment tax return etc. ?

I would appreciate your help regarding this.

Regards,
SGS

No. Requirement is £18600 instead £18500

You're not applying as CAT F or CAT G but CAT A if you have been with you employer for 6 months or more then the question doesn't apply to you.
My opinions should not be constituted as an immigration or legal advice.
