After EEA 2

Post by jobmm » Tue Oct 15, 2019 8:13 pm

Dear All,
I was issued EEA2 Family permit from November 2014 .
My renewal date for EEA2 is November 2019, I would like to apply for Indefinite leave to remain, Considering the scenario of Brexit, Which is the better option for me to apply for PR?
If my wife apply for pre-settled status does it affect my PR application?

Kindly give your valuable advice,
Thanks in advance,
Jobin

Hello

If your EEA wife has been here since 2014 too, she will get Settled status.

You can yourself apply through the EU Settlement Scheme and it will offer you a Settled status on-screen.

I am just trying to dig further to under why you finished your 5 years under EEA route but not your EEA wife.
