Change of Employer

Hello all,
My partner is on a Tier 2 visa from April 2019 (she switched from Tier 4 to Tier 2 with a UCoS). Would she need to undergo a RLMT if she happened to change her employer?

Likely yes unless her job is on the shortage occupation list.
