France Long Term Temp Stay Visa + German Schengen Visa

Hi,

French Long term temporary stay visa offered to students does not require the resident permit even if stay > 90 days but at the same time does not allow one to lave france.

Can this problem of not leaving France be solved by taking a German Schengen Visa along with the above said visa ?

If not what is the solution to this
