IHS email

Hi my administrative review for tier 4 has been successful & received an email on 18th Oct 2019 stating that I will receive an email shortly with the link to make the IHS payment & if I don’t receive the email within 3 days than I should email the IHS Sheffield & the email be sent.
I email them couple of times but haven’t receive any response from them yet except the automatic reply.
I am wondering how long they take to send the IHS payment link.
If anyone could share their own experience regarding this issue, will be much appreciated.
