If you are British, she could have applied as soon as she got ILR. No need to wait 12 months if married to a British citizen.

This is irrelvant. The requirement to skip the 12 months is that you must be married to a British citizen, regardless of the route to ILR and regardless of when the British spouse became British. You could have become British yesterday and she could have still applied today if she held ILR.
So it’s my mistake we hv wait
Yes, as you have misunderstood. Citizenship is not based on your immigration route. It is completely different rules to immigration rules.
Any more information please
What more are you looking for??

Spouse of British citizen is based on 3 years residence. As you have not confirmed, I am presuming that you are already British based on a quick look at your previous posts.

Make sure that she was physically present in the UK 3 years ago on the date she submits and pays online.

What '5 years documents' are you thinking about? Citizenship has minimal documents.

Then her application is based on the 3 years immediately prior to applying and she must meet the specified requirements, including the absence limits.

You print the online referee form at the end of the application process, attach the photos and get referees to sign.
