Still waiting for RCos approval

I am still waiting for a decision from the HO concerning the RCos. It has been applied early October
I am constantly following up with the employer, he is telling me nothing to worry about. The HO requested more details last week, and I am still waiting till today.
Anyone faced the same issue? Should I be worried?
