Non EU - Stamp 4 - Traveling to Finland.

Post by BelfastBaby » Sat Nov 02, 2019 10:51 am

My wife (non EU) and I (UK) moved to Ireland at the start of the year with the intention of settling however we have since decided to relocate to Finland.

My wife has been issued a stamp 4 valid until early 2020 but we plan to abandon the application in Ireland and make a new application in Finland under the same EU rights.

Does my wife need a visa to travel to Finland with me (UK citizen) or will she be allowed to travel with the stamp 4 from Ireland?

Our flights are booked for Tuesday

Hi,
Any updates on your plans?

Also, can i please check why you back tracked on Ireland?

We are currently in process of establishing EU treaty rights in Ireland.

Best wishes
