RCos hardcopy for Visa Tier2

I was granted my RCoS yesterday, will I need my employer to mail me the certificate in order for me to represent it hard copy to the visa center? Or the certificate number is enough?

Just the number is sufficient, however, you can generally ask them to send a softcopy (preferably draft version) so you can double check all details before you apply. I had to get my draft uCoS ammended as not all details were accurate.
