Spouse visa (Tenancy agreement requirement)

Post by Hassan0208 » Wed Nov 27, 2019 9:07 am

Hi

My 6 months tenancy agreement is going to expire on 17 Dec 2019. I am planning to submit application for my wife end of December 2019. I have NOC letter from landlord. And landlord said it is rolling contract. Do I need to make new agreement? No one else live at my flat. Do I need any other documents for accommodation?

Many thanks

For initial spouse visa application the checks are carried out more rigorously, so better to ask for a new tenancy agreement even of short duration or ask the landlord/estate agent to give you a separate letter/add in to same NOC letter that it is a rolling contract now. You must have council tax bill too so just attach it.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.
