Hi Zimba,

and how about the BRP? the passport will be returned along with the BRP ?If yes, will we be able to travel abroad during the time the application is in process? Because our 5 years completing on dec 1st 2019 and visa on BRP expiring march 2019.

1. Please do not tag onto older topics.

2. No original documents are sent to HO. You also cannot travel while you have an ILR application pending as it will be considered withdrawn and you lose your fee.
