Does PSW/FTS/IGS valid for ILR

with all the rules being changed. I was wondering if the migrants who were granted FTS/IGS/ or the now coming PSW would be counted for the ILR period. Does the above catogeries after the study visa comes under this catogery "Employment not requiring work permit"

These categories do not count for ILR under Tier1/2/employment (i.e. five years). The BIA website is quite clear on this.

It does, however, count towards ILR under the Long Residency Category -10 years' legal stay on any type of visa. Visit the BIA website or do a search on this forum for more details.
