Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General by a different sponser

First of all, Apologies for asking this regular question again. There is a slight doubt in terms of sponsors, hence I thought I would put in front of you.

I am in UK on a Tier2ICT visa since June 2016, sponsored by Company A.
Now I have been offered a job by Company B, saying that they are ready to sponsor Tier2Gen but I am pretty sure the salary would not be that high at 150000.

My question is will this be possible for me to switch from tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General under different company sponsorships without serving the cooling off period.
