Naturalisation application refused

Hi,

I apply my application on 09/.3/2016 for Naturalization and get refused 20 May 2016 .
My application was refused due to live without valid leave and work. In period 01/9/2008 till 30/10/2010 .And I get the visa 09/03/2009. .
In my refusal letter, its mention, I can apply fresh application after 09/03/2019.
So I am applying new application , how to describe that refusal in my application.
Do I need to mention that job period?
Or shows job period after get visa 09/03/2009 .
How can I explain this in my covering letter?
I am looking forward for kind help

No cover letter required. You do not need to address anything preceding 09/03/09 as it’s more than 10 years now.
Ur previous application was refused because you had a breach less than 10 years ago..

The online form asks for 10 year employment history.. you state the exact dates
The online form asks for previous immigration applications made to and within UK.
You can mention the naturalisation application under the section.
