Bank Statement - No mention of employer

Post by swati46 » Thu Jul 31, 2008 8:37 am

In my bank statments the transaction of salary does not mention the name of my employer. I'm producing bank statements for 12 months. Out of those , 10 months have the salary transaction with the description as :
Salary June 06 My Name.
Two of the transactions have the description as :
Just My Name

Is there a problem in this. I called the bank and they said that they cant do anything about this. This is something which the employer enters when he credits the salary into the account.

Please advise.

Its not a problem at all. When I had applied, all salary CRs had text 'Salary' and sometime employer's name, my name was never there.

Thanks for the reply. Sorry for asking the question again :

Two of the bank statements just have :
My Name
That transaction niether has the word Salary nor Employer name. It just has my name:

29/09/2006 29/09/2006 Swati

Other 10 have the following format :
01/08/2006 01/08/2006 Sal Jul 06-Swati

Do you think this will cause any issue

It should not cause any probmel because case worker will try to find exact value of CR on bank statement, as it is on payslip.

A lot depend on case worker's understanding and your fortune. Just pray daily and more :)
